Cancellations & Refunds:
If the Self-Care Summer Staycation is cancelled by Wellbeing with Lora for any reason a full refund for payments made will be issued.
Booking cancellations can be made until February 28/22, at which time a refund will be issued less a 5% admin fee. No refunds will be issued on any part of payment after February 28/22.
If you cancel after February 28/22 you may choose to transfer your spot to someone you know.
Covid-19 Protocols We will be following all necessary Covid-19 requirements at the time of the Staycation.
As we are still navigating through the pandemic, I encourage only those who are comfortable in a group setting to attend. This is not a place for debate or division, but rather relaxation, fun, Self-Care and connection.
If necessary, rapid Covid-19 tests will be administered either the day before or the day of the retreat to ensure everyone's comfort. In the case where Covid-19 tests are administered a negative test will be required to attend the Self-Care Summer Staycation.
If you test positive you may choose to transfer your spot to someone you know as long as they test negative. *Partial and full refunds will not be given due to a positive Covid-19 test.*
Room Sharing Options All rooms are Double Occupancy. If you would like to attend the Self-Care Summer Staycation and do not have a roommate you may email Lora@WellbeingLoveNotes.com to be placed on a room-share list and you will be contacted when a suitable roommate match has been found. *Being on the room-share list does not guarantee you a spot or a room.*
Other
Alcohol is permitted at the retreat with exceptions. These exceptions include but are not limited to: before and during yoga and meditation sessions, as well as before and during the Kirtan and Sound Bath experiences.

Wellbeing with Lora, Lora Colautti and anyone representing the running of the retreat have the right to deny entry to any guest or remove them from the retreat at any time for failure of compliance to items listed on this webpage.
